some people think the best way to solve traffic congestions in cities is to provide free public transport 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, in the light of technology technological advancements, there is an increasing number of automobiles on the road. Thus traffic congestions are a chronic issue for many cities. Some assert that free public transport offered at 24/7 is the solution. However, in my view, some supplement[p1]  supplemental measures also need to be implemented without stressing using the city’s revenue.

First of all, in today’s world, auto vehicles have become incredibly affordable hence making it the most ideal transportation. Everybody enjoys the convenience it brings. Evidently, a great number of people commute to work by car and motorcycles. Likewise, teenagers whom qualifies who qualify for a driver driver’s license are also given the privilege of accessibility. This is best illustrated by the example of the fullness seen in the tertiary education institute’s university or college carparks or even the street car parks around the facility. Admittedly, more free public transportations transportation free of charge will significantly motivate people to take this advantage of this.

Additionally, municipal authorities are also recommended to make concerted effort efforts on this matter. For instance, making advertisements on ecology the importance of the environment is essential. This will in turn raise peoples people’s awareness of the environmental conserving conservation, hopefully leading to less use of the automobiles. Another methodology would be that, increasing to increase the parking fare fares and impose to impose fuel taxes. By that I mean, if the expenses of traveling to work or school by private vehicle cannot be justified by the convenience and comfort they get. Then surely they will opt for the alternative which is the free public transport[p2] .

In conclusion, unarguably, free public transportation system can alleviated alleviate the traffic issue in cities. But, from the city’s financial perspective, this is not the ultimate solution. Personally, I think that by setting a high parking fare and introducing some forms form of carbon dioxide emission tax will certainly improve the traffic condition in cities.

[p1]The word that this describes is a noun, therefore, you should be using an adjective.

[p2]Since the thoughts in these two sentences are closely related, it would be better for them to be joined into one long sentence instead.
